Today is our gynae appointment at 29 weeks. Scan shows that baby has turned! His head is now resting on my bladder, which accounts for many frequent trips to the toilet. >.< He is now lying upside down.
It's amazing to know that he has turned, and that I might have actually felt him turn! A few nights ago I experienced abnormally violent twisting feeling in the left side of my tum, very much different from the kicks and shudders. These were persistant, repeated and uncomfortable - each movement like someone twisting my insides into a knot. This happened for about 25 minutes. After which, everything settled down. I guess that must have been when baby turned down!
Doctor says that if baby remains in this position during the next weeks, it is likely that I will be able to go for a natural birth.
